OUR APPROACH
OUR APPROACH
We provide services that "end to end supply chain management".
1 – NDA Non-Disclosure / Confidentiality Agreement
Before the RFQ & Technical Intake phase, we can sign a mutual NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to ensure that all your proprietary technical drawings and project details remain strictly confidential.
2 – RFQ & Technical Intake
We provide from your side:
-
2D/3D CAD Drawings
-
Alloy/Temper Specifications
-
Estimated Annual Usage
-
Other Specifications: Technical & Logistics Specifications"
* As an initial step, we can conduct a target cost-benchmark analysis. You may provide a single product or a designated product group so we can demonstrate pricing advantage before moving into broader operations.
3 – Supplier Selection & Shortlisting
Our active vendor database includes nearly 50 aluminum extrusion suppliers across Turkey, featuring diverse factory scales, press capacities, and technical capabilities.
Instead of overwhelming you with options, We filter this matrix based on your exact technical data, surface treatment needs, and volume requirements.
We prepare and share a tailored "Shortlist" of the top 3 to 5 most suitable suppliers that perfectly align with your project's engineering and cost criteria.
4 – NDA Non-Disclosure / Confidentiality Agreement with Suppliers
We sign a mutual NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) with the suppliers to ensure that all your proprietary technical drawings and project details remain strictly confidential.
* If you prefer to use youy standard NDA template for this process, we can implement it; otherwise, we can utilize my own established NDA template.
5 – Quotations & Cost Breakdown
We distribute your technical data package to the shortlisted suppliers, brief them thoroughly on the project requirements, and initiate the RFQ and technical feasibility phase.
To ensure total cost transparency, we strictly mandate that all bids be submitted using our proprietary Cost Breakdown Format. This approach allows us to analyze and benchmark specific cost drivers across different factories:
• Extrusion-Die / Tool Cost
• Raw Material Pricing (LME & Raw Material Premiums)
• Extrusion & Labor Premiums
• Surface Treatment Fees (Anodizing/Powder Coating/Wood Sublimation)
• Fabrication Costs
• Packaging & Logistics Costs
* Strategic Advantage: By identifying exactly where each supplier is competitive, this detailed visibility grants us immense leverage during price negotiations, ensuring we secure the absolute best landed cost for our customers without sacrificing quality.
6 – On-Site Supplier Auditing & Process Validation
Before the final nomination is locked, We conduct comprehensive, on-site technical audits of the selected supplier (or suppliers) to ensure long-term product quality, service consistency, and flawless execution during mass production.
-
We visually inspect and evaluate their tooling/die-making infrastructure, extrusion press lines, surface treatment lines, packaging standards, and mass production capabilities.
-
You receive a detailed Supplier Audit Report covering their quality management systems, machine capacities, and overall operational readiness.
-
To eliminate any potential bottlenecks before mass production begins, we issue a tailored Corrective & Developmental Action Plan to the supplier and actively monitor their progress on the ground.
7 – Nomination of Supplier(s) - Tooling, Sampling & New Product Introduction (NPI)
Once you decide to move forward with one or more selected suppliers, we officially initiate the tooling and product onboarding phase. To guarantee that your products are launched rapidly and meet strict quality expectations, we manage this process through two main pillars:
1. Supplier Technical Alignment & Training: We onboard and train the factory's engineering and production teams on your specific technical expectations, tolerances, and quality standards to ensure zero miscommunication from day one.
2. End-to-End Tooling & Sample Management: We monitor the entire die-making, physical extrusion testing, and prototyping cycles on-site. We ensure all rigorous sample quality tests are fully executed, and comprehensive inspection reports are delivered to you for final engineering sign-off. We closely supervise this entire validation process to secure a fast, right-the-first-time product launch.
8 – Mass Production Monitoring & Order Tracking
Once samples are fully approved, you may choose to extend our partnership to include ongoing mass production oversight—a step we highly recommend, as continuous field monitoring is important to securing seamless production lines and mitigating supply chain risks.
We closely track and manage your purchase orders from the supplier factory all the way until final delivery at your facility:
-
We monitor raw material staging, extrusion & surface scheduling, and real-time manufacturing progress to ensure your lead times are strictly met.
-
If any production bottlenecks or delays arise at the factory level, we step in immediately on your behalf to resolve the issue before it impacts your shipping schedule.
-
You receive regular milestone updates, giving you control without needing to manage overseas suppliers yourself.
