We started out in 2016 with a thought: We wanted the companies that supply aluminum in North America not only to find suppliers but to manage entire supply chain a part of their growth, cost and quality strategies. At that time, as an aluminum expert, Matthew Kevel and our team saw that there are great opportunities in front of North America businesses, but reaching these opportunities requires not only intention, but field experience, proper guidance, and systematic steps. When we were established as “TSP” in 2016 with Matthew Kevel, our goal was very clear: To be a team that is not only finding suppliers, but also optimizing cost and quality outcomes for our customers in their aluminum supply chain.

We quickly realized that there are great opportunities for North American companies sourcing aluminum to optimize both their cost and quality. Managing entire supply chain for aluminum... Therefore, we expanded our range of services.

Supplier scouting, quotations, quality audits, new product management, orders follow-up and overseas logistics...

 

We approached all these areas not as “piece work” but as “holistic management.” In this journey, "overseas logistics management" also played a very key role. We designed logistics systems to support our customers with various shipping terms, extending all the way to DDP. As a result, our consulting in the areas of international market expansion gained depth. As TSP, we have spent 10 years leveraging our extensive supplier network and deep industry expertise to serve global markets. We don’t walk the same path with each of our companies. Because every customer, every production line, every supply chain is a different story. However, we have one common point: Sharing responsibility, bearing the burden together, and owning the outcome together. In a changing world, we are still by the side of North America companies.
